Does my car have remote central locking as standard?

bought a '98 ford galaxy 2.3si which has central locking and the global window closing thing. does this car come with r/c/l as standard?

is there anyway of finding out for sure if it does or not?

thanks in advance.|||In the UK, remote central locking was standard on the 1998 Galaxy Ghia.

The si version had key-operated central locking as standard. Remote locking was available as part of an option pack called "Convenience Pack" that also included roof rails and a flexible luggage area cover, and cost 拢200. It was not available as a stand-alone option.

Roof-rails were also only available as part of this pack, not as a stand-alone option, so if you have roof rails you should probably have remote central locking. However there is probably a slight chance that a previous owner may have added roof rails.|||r/c/l is if you have the button on ur key that locks all the doors.

central locking is if u turn the key in the door %26amp; all the other doors open / close

:)|||If the "handle" of your key has the buttons on it that do the trick, it's a factory fit. If you have a separate fob with the buttons on that, it's an aftermarket fit.
